Love & Career...Cant they go together!
I wouldn't be asking that question had I not come across a similar discussion on this site...

It has been argued that the age 16-22 is the most critical and decisive in shaping one's career and thus every such individual must devote time solely towards the 'career' because the make and break of relationships affects overall performance and eclipses the path to success! The Question is "Is it really true?"... Do career and love always have to be considered as two extremes? Does love always hinder success? It is an intricate question, & crucial too because it not only would affect the present, but also shape one's future...
The answer I came up with after a minute of thought is that love and career are not things that always have to be in 'phase opposition' (an electrical term that so beautifully fits here). Career is important...After all, what would one do with 'nothing to do'! But so is Love...Love is meant to give not take! There is no real difference between working towards a career and working towards love. Both are accompanied by extreme passion and devotion. Why do we have to look at them as if they are separate. They are two most important elements (& decisions for that matter) in one's life and they cannot of course be time bounded! You cannot plan when you would fall in love. One can not therefore be judgemental in this regard and no opinions can be impressed upon anyone! It all finally comes down to one thing...YOU! Its how well you manage the duo and how successful you are at doing it because in the end it is about happiness and how you pursue it!
I agree :) Wonderful thought bro!!! I am glad you think that way .. :)
