Goodbye...see you after the New Year!

This 22nd December happens to be the last day of 2018 on which me and Bhavya would be together, now that she is leaving for our hometown tonight. It was me who coaxed her into going to Varanasi to spend some quality time with her family fully aware of the fact that I have gotten so used to be around her that her absense would pinch me in this last week of 2018. 
Well, now she is all packed up, courtesy ME…! Oh yes, she is a bad at packing stuff in the suitcase. She is carrying with her goodies for all the family members back home and also leaving me with a big jar of carot beetroot pudding (halwa) which is my favourite. I am going to miss her for the 10 days she is not going to be around . But yes, I have an exam round the corner too..on the 31st December ...can you believe it! So that would keep me busy. It is going to be a busy week ahead...with all the cooking, studying and various office meetings. Hope to see you real soon! Let's see how Happy this new year actually turns out to be for me without you! :)

GPA, Grade and Percentage Calculator for IGNOU MBA (MP) Programme

I searched a lot online for an authentic way to calculate GPA / Percentage for IGNOU MBA Programme but I was forced to read a whole lot of trash and now that I have finally understood it, I will be sharing it with you guys so you know exactly where you stand as IGNOU only mention Grade in Marksheet. The Grading system in IGNOU MBA is given below: Letter Grade Percentage Equivalent Qualitative Level A 80% and above Excellent B 60% to 79.9% Very Good C 50% to 59.9% Good D 40% to 49.9% Satisfactory E Below 40% Un-satisfactory Each course is given a Grade of maximum 5. MBA from IGNOU...My experiences so far!

Last year, after a lot of deliberations, I decided to do a distance MBA course (along-side office schedule). After a lot of research, I found that distance MBA from IGNOU is one of the safest options out there as several such colleges offer distance courses whose degrees are not even accredited. IGNOU, as you all must be aware of, is established by an Act of the Parliament and is genuine.  I cleared the OPENMAT entrance examination (for entrance into the MBA Programme, not required for PG Diploma courses) and enrolled into the "MP" or Management Programme. The special features of this programme are its low fees (its dirt cheap), wide acceptability and modular course (6 courses yield you a diploma, 11 courses yield a PG Diploma and all 21 courses of course yield the MBA degree).
